Reusable liners for bladder leaks

Reusable Incontinence Panty Liners

Washable bamboo terry liners for light bladder leaks and everyday protection. Soft against your skin, with a leak-proof backing through the wings, and they last 5+ years instead of going in the bin every day.

Liner or pad: which do you need?

If your leaks are light, a few drops with a cough, a sneeze, or a laugh, a liner is enough. It is thin, discreet, and comfortable for all-day wear.

If your leaks are moderate to heavy, you want more material under you. Our reusable incontinence pads hold up to about four tampons' worth and are built for that.

Which liners work for light leaks

Why a washable liner beats a disposable one

A disposable liner is a strip of plastic with an adhesive back. It traps heat against skin that is already sensitive, it slides out of place, and you buy it again every week. A reusable liner is soft bamboo terry that breathes, fastens with wing snaps so it stays put, and goes back in your drawer after a wash.

For bladder leaks specifically, the part that matters is the leak-proof backing. It wraps through the wings so the sides hold, which is where a thin liner usually fails.

Comfortable enough for every day

These are designed for daily wear. The bamboo terry stays soft and breathable, so there is none of the damp, plastic feeling a disposable leaves. For sensitive skin, that breathability is the whole point. Change every 4 to 6 hours, the same as you would a disposable, and keep a used one in a free carry bag until wash day.

Reusable incontinence liner questions

Can panty liners help with incontinence?
Yes. Reusable liners manage light bladder leaks by absorbing them through a soft bamboo terry layer, with a leak-proof backing that wraps through the wings. They are washable, so they replace the disposable liners you would otherwise buy every week.
What is the difference between incontinence pads and liners?
Liners are thinner, for light leaks and everyday protection. Pads are thicker, for moderate to heavy leaks. If your leaks are more than light, our reusable incontinence pads hold more.
What are the liners made of?
Soft bamboo terry against your skin, with a leak-proof backing on the outside. Bamboo terry breathes and pulls fluid away instead of trapping heat, which is what keeps you comfortable through the day. No plastic top sheet, nothing bleached or perfumed.
How long can I wear one before changing it?
Change every 4 to 6 hours, or sooner if it is fully saturated. That keeps you comfortable and prevents any odor.
Will they shift during the day?
No. Every liner fastens to your underwear with wing snaps, so it stays in place during normal activity. A disposable liner that slides is exactly the problem these fix. Picking the right size helps too.
Can I wear them overnight?
For light leaks, yes. For more protection overnight, step up to our reusable incontinence pads, which hold more.
How many should I start with?
Three to five is a good start, so you have enough for daily use while others are in the wash. Adjust to your routine from there.
How do I wash them?
A cold rinse straight after use, then a normal wash with similar colours. No soaking. Full steps are on our wash and care page.
How long do they last?
Each liner lasts 5+ years with normal washing. Over that time, one set replaces hundreds of disposable liners, which is where the saving comes from.
Where do I keep a used one when I am out?
In a free carry bag. It keeps the used liner sealed and discreet until you can wash it.
