Two ways to track
You can check on an order using either of these:
- Order details. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- Tracking number. Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking runs on our live store. Open the tracker, enter your details, and you will see the latest status of your parcel.
Cannot find your tracking email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first, since shipping notifications sometimes land there. If it still has not turned up, reach out through the contact page and we will help you locate your order. It also helps to read our shipping and delivery times so you know when to expect movement on a new order.
